Fees
Fees are charged at £7 per hour for booked sessions for Preschoolers aged 2-4 year and £10 per hour for babies/toddlers 9 months to 2 years old. (If you are eligible we have funded places for 9 months - 3 years old and for all 3- 4 years olds).
Xtratime after school club sessions can be booked as a 2 hours session at £13.50 or a 3 hour session at £20. (use the button on the 'Best Start in Life' for funding and support with fees)
A late collection fee of £5.50 per 15 minutes if children are collected after 18.00.
TimeOut holiday club is charged at £26.50 per half day and £49.50 for a full day.
An additional £4.00 can be paid to start/end an hour earlier/later.
Invoices are raised monthly, at the beginning of each calendar month. They are sent out via email using our secure online accounting system Quickbooks. Payment should be made within 14 days of receipt of the invoice.
The price per session per child applies to all children and is payable for all sessions, including when the child is absent, sick or on holiday, if 4 weeks notice has not been given.
A voluntary half termly fee is charged to fully funded families. Please see our Preschool Admission and Fees policy for full details.
Ways to pay
You can choose from the following -modes of payment to settle your invoices:
Online banking - preferred method
- Sort code 09-01-28, Account Number 8985 9347. Please reference your payment with the invoice number.
Cash - Please avoid this payment method if possible
- Please give to the Lead Practitioner or Manager in a sealed envelope with your name and full description on the front. You will receive a receipt for your payment.

- 30 hours working family funding is available from 9 months for families who are eligible. This funding can be shared with another childcare provider.
- Some families will be eligible for funding for children aged 2 years.
- All children 3 and 4 year olds are eligible for 15 hours universal funding the term after their 3rd birthday.
- Tax Free Childcare can be claimed for working families.
- Universal Credit can be claimed for childcare.
- Childcare Vouchers are available from many employers.
