This years Annual General Meeting

Please join us for our Annual General Meeting at Poringland Village Hall .
The purpose of an AGM is to:

• Comply with legal requirments
• Review the audited financial accounts, in this case for 2017/18
• Reflect on the last Academic year
• Share future plans
• Elect new Trustees
• Appoint auditors for the new accounting term

In addition, the Trustees and management will provide an overview of the 2017/18 academic year. It will be your opportunity to sask any questions and to get more involved with the charity, so all are welcome.
